Further comment on the Stiftung Warentest test –
sun protection Speick SUN Sun Cream, SPF 30

Update on the subject of Stiftung Warentest, 19/07/2019:

After the release of the 07/19 issue of the test magazine Stiftung Warentest, we contacted them once again to gain insight into the detailed test results of our Speick SUN SPF 30 sun cream. Unfortunately, Stiftung Warentest’s information office has refused to disclose details pertaining to the measurement results and also does not intend to share any further information with us. They only confirmed that it referred to SPF assessments of the specifically obtained measuring data, which had led to an unsatisfactory verdict with respect to our “compliance with the claimed levels of protection”. Furthermore, a discussion concerning the measurement results would itself fail to bring forth any insight for Speick natural cosmetics and is not something that Stiftung Warentest wants. Unfortunately, we are thus also unable to provide a conclusive explanation for the claims made in the test magazine with regards to deviations from our sun protection factor.
